Anand Ganesan is the Chief Executive Officer of Opun. Anand establishes the company’s vision for transforming ideas and concepts into solutions within the consumer and enterprise sector.

He drives the continual expansion of the company’s knowledge base in Computer Vision and Deep Learning in order to develop creative and innovative solutions for the Opun client base across industry domains. Anand brings the knowledge and experience he has gained through the past three decades of technology experience to his clients. He has a hands-on approach in his interactions with clients ensuring a well-rounded deep understanding of their pain points and crafting unexpected solutions. Anand holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Masters in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University, India.

Stefi Zertus is the Director of Operations at Opun. Stefi establishes operational processes and tools for optimal business functionality and increased efficiencies. She provides strategic leadership and direction for talent acquisition, drives an all-encompassing approach to Diversity and Inclusion

and manages the company’s marketing and branding strategy. Stefi is also the Product Owner for Opun’s various products, where she defines the vision of the products and lays out a clear road map that aligns with the vision.

As a cultural innovator, Stefi establishes policies that promote company culture and vision. Before joining Opun, she was Program Manager of Inclusion and Diversity for Cisco’s Engineering Division.

Thanh is one of the lead software engineers at Opun. He focusses on the full-stack development of Opun’s products.

Before Opun, Thanh has worked in startups in Vietnam contributing to the launch and success of their products.

His hobby is trail running and exploring things.

Mike leads the R&D lab for Opun in Computer Science and Mathematics. He manages Opun’s team of researchers and is instrumental in developing solutions in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and IoT.

He received master’s degree in physics, and further specialized in biophysics, computer and human vision. He has a number of works on theory of human vision and machine vision. Most of his works are focused on how human and machine perceive, recognize, and memorize. Mike has been involved in researches and development of facial recognition methods, vital signs recognition methods, medical images analysis. He has more than 30 publications to his credit on these subjects. Mike’s particular scientific research area of interest is computer vision-based analysis of human health and behavior.

Mike enjoys drumming in his free time.

Kost is a Lead Software Engineer at Opun and is a Developer Polymath. Kost has graduated with honors at the Physics specialty.

His research area at the university was robotics and computer vision and he has several scientific publications within that area. He is an expert in microcontrollers. His expertise includes Microchip AVR, STMicroelectronics STM32, which includes firmware for GPS automotive tracker, hardware for climate automation server and several other devices. He is instrumental in developing excellent solutions in the IoT realm at Opun.

Kost is personally interested in DIY techniques for domestic needs.

George is a Lead Software Engineer at Opun. With a background in Math, CS, signal processing, pattern recognition, OOP, and architecture, he often works as a drop-in, ad-hoc specialist, researcher, or developer.

He specializes in BLE and NFC technologies on smartphones. George not only has a scientific background but also performs active science studies, mostly on the intersection of deep learning & Bioinformatics. His strange hobbies bring him the mission badge of one of the early SpaceX Dragon launches and make him an election observer in the UK just before Brexit.

Lucy heads the quality assurance practice at Opun. She has a higher economic education.

She evolved into technology and developed a passion for software quality assurance. She manages and runs the quality assurance of all of Opun’s products.

Lucy is an avid hiker and cooks delicious food.

Germes GCP manages infrastructure for Opun products. He has magister of physics degree.

He is certified in various cloud technologies. He is experienced specialist in computer systems and networks administration, DevOps, Cloud Technologies.

Germes plays the guitar, composes poetry, and sings in his free time, he has interest to history and philosophy.

Mira manages Opun’s internal projects. She also contributes to user experience design to Opun’s products. Mira has Master’s degree in Applied math. She has a big experience in enterprise project management with more than 30 team members. Hitting the requirements, timelines and quality are the top priority for her.

Lis is an artist at heart. She has a passion to use a creative problem-solving approach to create products and experiences that can influence positive changes and helps making the world a better place.

Lis blends her creative mind, artist and technology skills to give beautiful experience for Opun’s products.

She loves what she is doing and has never seen herself in a realm other than creative. In her spare time, Lis likes to paint pictures or draw on a tablet.

Accomplished Software Engineer with extensive experience building applications and websites. Using web standards and project management. Web developer motivated by challenging projects.

He’s a perfectionist. He loves what he does, so he does each project very efficiently, as for himself.

Ridge became the first Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2003, where he oversaw some 22 federal agencies and departments until 2005. He served as Governor of Pennsylvania from 1995-2001. Elected to Congress in 1982, serving six terms in the House of Representatives.

Hezues R is a media entrepreneur with experience in production, advertising and design. In 2014 Hezues R was Honored by the White House and President of the United States. He has also consulted to previous President’s Council on Financial Literacy.

Hezues R frequently lends his skillset as an innovative creator (of content and industry enterprises) towards philanthropic initiatives and social causes.

Creating brands like Boadicea the Victorious have made him an Award-Winning creative and international success. Whether it’s Russell Simmons or Mona Scott-Young, Hezues R is sought out by icons of industry, as a high-level creative force behind many major brands, shows, productions and products.

Terry advises Opun on legal matters. He has been practicing law since 1979 with the Thoits Law firm. His Silicon Valley-based business transaction practice includes forming, structuring and advising various business entities including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures in a multitude of matters such as seed and early round equity funding, early stage technology investment and licensing, technology transfers, employment agreements and employee and management incentive compensation plans, shareholder buy-sell agreements, and management and governance issues.
